Pipe storage, equipment staging, material management
Time-critical shipments with guaranteed delivery
Integrated logistics and inventory management
Service Availability: Services are available domestically within the United States and internationally through our global partner network. Specific service availability may vary by location and is subject to applicable regulations.
When you submit a quote request through our Website, you agree to the following terms:
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information in all quote requests. Inaccurate information may result in incorrect pricing or service delays.
Quotes provided are estimates only and may change based on actual cargo dimensions, weight, route requirements, fuel costs, and other factors. A quote is not a binding contract.
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. After this period, a new quote must be requested.

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Standard terms are Net 30 unless otherwise negotiated.
Estimate Disclaimer: All quotes are estimates. Final pricing will be determined at the time of service based on actual cargo characteristics, route conditions, and applicable surcharges. Southern Logistics LLC reserves the right to adjust pricing for circumstances beyond initial quote scope.
The Website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Liability for cargo loss or damage is governed by the specific service agreement and applicable transportation law. Standard liability limits apply.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including lost profits or business opportunities.
Maximum Liability: In no event shall Southern Logistics LLC's total liability exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
